Glass, brick, gypsum, aggregates and asphalt industries are often sources of dust emissions.
The main issue with this kind of atmospherical pollutions is to minimise the exposure of factory operatives to the dust emission.
It can be achieved by the correct sizing of capture systems (hood and push pull systems) which are able to catch dust local to where they are produced, limiting their dispersion into the working environment.
When dust is transferred in ventilation system’s it has to be removed from extracted air by an appropriate air treatment systems i.e. (bag filters, drawer’s filters, wet filters, etc.).
