Cooling systems for steel profiles
Air Clean has developed bespoke solutions for specific applications an example of this is a system developed particularly for the steel industry: one of these is constructed using an air blowing system with high pressure on the metal profiles which are cooled by wetting with water which can get contaminated with metallic flakes.
The air jet and the high pressure is able to remove both the residual heat that the contaminated water to protect the downstream cutting equipment.

One of the critical areas of concern for the toxic waste sector is the need to transfer waste in a safe manner in particular transferring or separating, waste from one container to another.
This activity can be carried out in fully closed cabins in which the operator’s is in contact with the materials to be transferred. All operations take place in a fully enclosed area kept in negative pressure so that all dust and emissions are captured and separated by mechanical filtration systems.
